For the first time in our history, Guerdon Enterprises has made it possible for Retail Purchasers to purchase a Guerdon Modular Home at near wholesale prices. The Homes listed below are Display Model Homes and Unsold Homes that were ordered from Guerdon but never shipped.
Guerdon, through it's network of participating Builders and Dealers, are offering the Homes, below, at the listed Sale Price. By "clicking" on the PDF Attachement corresponding to each home, you can view full details of the home's Elevations, Floor Plans and Specifications.
When you see a home that you are interested in, contact one of our authorized representitives who can answer any questions you have about the home and coordinate an introduction to a Guerdon Builder in your vicinity. Guerdon's authorized Builder will consult with you regarding the completion of your Project, including any additional costs such as transportation, installation, and any on-site construction. The Builder can also advise or assist you with your local engineering and permitting requirements.
